Shipping policy

We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Dispatch Time: We dispatch orders within 1 working day. If you place your order before 12 PM (UK time) on a working day, we’ll usually ship it the same day.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping and packaging costs. These will be shown at checkout.
• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
